NZDiver Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns

Products purchased from NZDiver.nz may be returned within 30 days of delivery (as shown by tracking), provided the incorrect size or item was ordered.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in as-new condition

• Include all original packaging, tags, and labels

• Be approved prior to return by contacting us via email

• Include a printed copy of the original invoice

Costs & Fees

• Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds to cover non-recoverable handling, packaging, and processing costs

Exclusions

• Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Store Credit Option

To avoid the 10% restocking fee, customers may choose a store credit (gift card) in place of a cash refund.

Store credit may be used toward any purchase on NZDiver.nz.

Customers must clearly indicate whether they are requesting:

• An exchange

• A store credit

• A refund (10% restocking fee applies)

Price Match Purchases

Items purchased under the NZDiver Price Match Guarantee are eligible for store credit or gift card only. Refunds to the original payment method do not apply.
